Graduated in law in 2000 and registered as a Lawyer within the Bar Association since 2002.

Postgraduate in administrative legal sciences by the University of Lisbon, M. Amélia Cruz has more than 20 years of experience in several areas, namely in administrative law (territorial planning, urbanism, public function, local elected officials, tax executions, public contracts, public work contracts, expropriations, offenses, environment, basic sanitation, local finances, etc.) with incidence at the level of local authorities, criminal law, labor, civil, along with administrative and general litigation.

In her individual practice journey, and also in partnership with other offices, she has developed the areas of real estate law, immigration, family, commercial and tax.

In life, she is guided by independence, loyalty, integrity, adaptability and cooperation.

She likes dialogue, discussion, reflection, and exchange of experiences.

She loves to travel, read and sports.
